Booking
Is an appointment booked online secure?
Generally, yes. A booked appointment means that a cleaner will be available at the selected time. You will see this service provider before clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button. We would like to point out that all service providers also have the option to cancel appointments. Should this be the case, we will immediately find an alternative service provider for you and inform you of the change. If no alternative service provider can be found, we will, of course, contact you to arrange a replacement appointment.
Can I book a regular cleaning service?
(Subscription) Yes, a regular booking at a fixed time (e.g., every Tuesday at 9:00 AM) is possible. With a subscription, we will always assign you the same service provider. If this is not possible on a particular date, we will inform you in advance by email. You can then either arrange for a different service provider or cancel until your preferred service provider is available again.
Cost
How much does one hour of cleaning cost?
The prices are not hourly rates, but fixed prices for a complete cleaning. This means that the booked tasks will be carried out and the cleaning standard will be met. In short, it will be cleaned until it is spotless.
Do I have full control over the cleaning costs?
Yes. You always receive a transparent, fixed price. All costs are clear from the outset. There are no surprises. Payment is also only due after the cleaning.
At the cleaning appointment
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No. You only need to ensure the cleaner has access to your apartment.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Generally, the cleaner brings their own equipment (except for a vacuum cleaner during standard cleaning). If you have your own specialized cleaning products that are important to you, you can provide these to the cleaner.
How will the cleaner get into my house/apartment?
At the end of the booking process, we’ll ask you how the cleaner should access your home. You can leave all the relevant information there.
How thorough is the cleaning?
Our cleaning standard specifies exactly the criteria a service provider must use to clean your apartment. You can find it here. If you have specific tasks for a service provider, you can book these as extra hours. What is not included in the standard cleaning? The standard cleaning at a fixed price is a classic maintenance cleaning: Extreme soiling such as thick limescale deposits, ingrained dirt, and excrement, for example, are not removed. However, a deep cleaning is available for an additional fee. Tidying up and clearing out is not part of the cleaning service and can also be done upon request for an additional charge.
What is not included in the standard cleaning?

Cancellation
Can I cancel an appointment?
You can reschedule or cancel your cleaning at any time – even free of charge up to 72 hours before the appointment. After that, a fee applies: a minimum of €15.00 and a maximum of the booked cleaning price. The fee increases linearly with each minute – meaning the longer you wait, the more expensive it becomes. Therefore, it is recommended to cancel your appointment as soon as possible once you know you cannot attend.
What do I do if I want to reschedule an appointment or am on vacation?
You can reschedule or cancel any appointment flexibly, even free of charge up to 72 hours in advance. For example, you can cancel all appointments during your vacation or reschedule them for another day when you are home. Please note: Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will incur a fee – a minimum of €15.00 and a maximum of the booked cleaning price. The fee increases linearly with each minute. This means: The longer you wait, the more expensive it becomes. Therefore, it is recommended that you reschedule or cancel an appointment as soon as possible once you know you cannot attend.
